What CloudMover processes

CloudMover processes the Telegram account identifier needed to operate the service, connected-account identity and status, provider account details, cloud metadata such as names, folders, IDs, sizes, and quotas, and transfer or scan records such as progress, verification, errors, and audit events.

When you connect a provider, CloudMover receives OAuth credentials or an authorization token. Tokens are kept in the protected runtime configuration used by the provider adapter and are not intended for Telegram messages or public pages.

How authorization is used

  • Google Drive uses the full Google Drive scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) so CloudMover can browse and read metadata, and can read, write, copy, or delete files when you explicitly request a supported operation.
  • Dropbox and OneDrive are accessed through the permissions and tokens you grant to their provider integrations. The same authorization is used for supported browse, read, copy, move, verification, and account operations.
  • CloudMover may process file content during a client-side transfer, or ask a provider to perform a supported server-side copy. The selected operation determines the data path.

Why data is used

Data is used only to connect authorized accounts, browse and scan sources, plan and run requested transfers, verify destinations, show progress and usage, enforce safety checks, recover jobs, and provide support. CloudMover does not sell user data. These public pages use no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

Retention and disconnect

Disconnecting an account in CloudMover removes its provider remote from the protected runtime configuration and marks the account disconnected, so new jobs cannot use it. Existing scan, transfer, usage, audit, and history records are not automatically erased. CloudMover has no user-facing automatic deletion schedule in the current implementation; operational records are retained for service operation and safety.

You can also revoke access in the provider security settings, and contact the service administrator about removal of stored records or credentials.

Sharing and security

CloudMover does not sell personal data. Data may be sent to the relevant cloud provider APIs, hosting infrastructure, and operational components only as needed to provide the requested service. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
