CloudMover service terms
Terms of Service

Service
CloudMover provides tools to connect user-authorized Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive accounts, inspect cloud metadata, and copy or move data when the user requests and confirms an operation. Some provider operations, limits, and transfer modes depend on the provider and account permissions.
Your responsibility
You must own or have permission to access the accounts, files, and folders you submit. You are responsible for choosing the source and destination, checking provider quotas and permissions, keeping your provider credentials secure, and confirming that a transfer is lawful and appropriate. Keep independent backups for important data.
Acceptable use
Do not use CloudMover to obtain unauthorized access, bypass provider security or download restrictions, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse provider or service limits, interfere with other users, or submit content or traffic that violates applicable law.
Availability and enforcement
CloudMover may be beta or experimental in parts, and can be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, quotas, network conditions, or safety controls. The service administrator may pause, restrict, or suspend access when needed to address abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or repeated provider errors. Where practical, the administrator will provide a clear reason.
Data and liability
You remain responsible for your data and for the consequences of a requested copy or move. CloudMover is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every provider account. To the extent allowed by law, the service administrator is not responsible for provider outages, quota decisions, permission changes, data loss caused by user instructions, or indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
